Members of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Tuesday hit the streets in a protest march in Accra dubbed “Yɛn Suro Ahunahuna” with hundreds of supporters in attendance.
They explained the protest was to express their anger over what they describe as harassment and injustice against party members.
The protest started from the the Obra Spot at Kwame Nkrumah Circle and proceeded towards the Police headquarters, where the party plans to submit a petition to the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mr Christian Tetteh Yohuno.
